Maintenance & Support
To ensure that the set performs as required, service intervals are done at every 250 hours, or once a year irrespective of the hours.
We offer servicing primarily to our own customers, but will also service other generators and Solar Systems on a case by case basis.
Generators
Generators should be subjected to at least one hour of being run under Load at 2 week intervals. This practice will ensure that the set remains in good working order and will extend the lifespan of the set. It is also important that the diesel is used. When fuel is stored for two long the quality deteriorates and you also find contamination due to bacterial growth.
Solar
Solar need regular attention as well, and you will be informed of the Manufacturers requirements to maximize the longevity of your Solar System, by the Contractor.
